COLOMBIA 2016 FIFA FUTSAL WORLD CUP: Canada Soccer names roster for CONCACAF futsal qualification

Canada Soccer has named their 14-player roster that will take on USA in next week's play-in matches for the 2016 CONCACAF Futsal Championship. The squad is led by National Futsal Head Coach Kyt Selaidopoulos and will be focused on qualifying for the region's championship from 8-15 May in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Canada will also play an international friendly on 1 May against Honduras ahead of the qualification kick off 8 May. All games are scheduled to take place at San Jose’s BN Arena.

Selaidopoulos has held numerous camps over the past several months, including one in conjunction with the Futsal Canadian Championship in Oshawa. The squad includes three players from the national winners Toronto United Futsal (Desmond Humphrey, Joshua Lemos, Marco Rodriguez) as well as four players who participated in the last CONCACAF Futsal Championship in 2012 (Ian Bennett, Daniel Chamale, Vincent Cournoyer, Lemos).

Futsal is a unique, fast-paced indoor sport played across Canada and around the world. Canada Soccer is committed to the growth and promotion of the game. At the elite club level, Canada Soccer supports domestic competition through the annual Futsal Canadian Championship. Canada Soccer also supports playing opportunities provided by the National Futsal Team in international competitions including the FIFA Futsal World Cup.

WORLD YOUTH FUTSAL U17: COLOMBIA CABEZA DE SERIE EN EL SORTEO DEL MUNDIAL C.17 DE MICROFÚTBOL

 

 

Abril 25 de 2016._  La Asociación Mundial de Fútbol de Salón, AMF, anunció en su página oficial que Colombia es una de las cabezas de serie para el sorteo del próximo Campeonato Mundial C.17 masculino que se realizará en Paraguay. La AMF informó que  el 10 de mayo a las 11 de la mañana, hora paraguaya,  se realizará el sorteo.

 

Las cabezas de serie del primer campeonato del mundo C.17 de Microfútbol AMF son: 1.Paraguay, 2.Colombia y 3.Argentina. En el certamen orbital, que se disputará del 11 al 20 de julio en las ciudades paraguayas de San Ignácio, Encarnación y Capitá Miranda, participarán 15 selecciones de África, América, Asia, Europa, y Oceanía.

 

El presidente de la Federación Colombiana de Microfútbol, Manuel Sánchez, informó que el equipo colombiano jugará su primera fase en la ciudad de Encarnación. La selección se reunirá en Bogotá del 25 de junio al 9 de julio.

 

“En este año que el microfútbol colombiano celebra 50 años es un lindo reto. Vamos con el objetivo de pelear el título de este primer mundial de la categoría 17. Una vez más se pondrá en juego nuestro prestigio internacional y tenemos grandes expectativas”,  comentó el presidente de la Fecofutsalón, Manuel Sánchez.

We will be having an official Celebration Party at La Liga on Saturday April 23rd to give out the cash prizes earned in our Recreational, Over 35 and Competitive leagues which was played with great professionalism.

We are very proud of the sportsmanship practiced here at La Liga through each and every one of your players.

It will be a time to celebrate a great accomplishment as it was our first season at La Liga Indoor Soccer.

We will however for the Competitive League give away part of the prize right after the Championships and the remaining to be given out the day of the Celebration Party.

First place will be awarded $500 on the day of the Championships and the remaining $ 2500   will be awarded at the Celebration Party.

Second place will be awarded $200 on the day of the Championships and the remaining $100   will be awarded at the Celebration Party.

Third place will be awarded $100 on the day of the Championships and the remaining $ 400   will be awarded at the Celebration Party.

LA LIGA CHAMPIONSHIP GAME 2016: Seleccion Valle 6 Brasil FC 3

Seleccion Valle 6 Brasil FC 3, what a great final at La Liga Futsal Competitive Men's League in its inaugural Winter season.

Brazilians were winning 3-2 in the fisrt half with two great goals by Nuno Carvalho through set pieces, and Rafael Junca in an individual play. Andres Zapata and Sebastian Caro shot hard to score the two goals by the Colombian team.

Oscar Henao, the Colombian playmaker, was well marked but he influenced with his experience. Caro and Zapata were setting the plays and scoring as well for the partial 5-3. The yellow team started to comeback, but again the Colombians counterattacked and Rafael Suarez completed the final 6-3 in a game for the history at La Liga.

Ron Smale, the president of the Ontario Soccer Association, handed the trophies and the Colombians started to celebrate.

FUTSAL COLOMBIA 2016: SELECCIÓN COLOMBIA CAMPEÓN DE LA COPA LIBERTADORES

 

 

·       El campeón mundial logró su sexta corona en doce versiones del torneo en el Urabá Antioqueño.

·       El conjunto patrio logró los trofeos de valla menos vencida y goleador de la Copa.

·       Bello y Flores Frescas de Pereira completaron el podio.

 

Abril 11 de 2016._  Contundente y efectiva de principio a fin fue  la Selección Colombia de Microfútbol masculino, que en Apartadó la noche del domingo ratificó su calidad y magia para lograr su sexta corona de la Copa Libertadores, al vencer en la final 4 goles por cero al equipo de Bello.  Invicto, título, valla menos vencida y goleador, fue el botín del equipo patrio en su homenaje por el título mundial de Bielorrusia 2015.

 

La XII Copa Libertadores en Carepa, Chigorodó y Apartadó, fue la mejor de las excusas para que el campeón del mundo se volviera a reunir. Jaime Cuervo convocó a los jugadores que hace un año le dieron una gran alegría al país en Europa: Campeón mundial en Bielorrusia. Y esa fue la razón para que la organización decidiera que esta versión del 2016 sería en homenaje a ese grupo que despierta y acrecienta en cada presentación las pasiones por el microfútbol.

 

Y ese entusiasmo se ratificó una vez más en el Urabá antioqueño. En cada partido la selección fue respalda y ovacionada por la afición del eje bananero. Y el equipo en cada partido demostró su  calidad técnica como táctica. Y así fue el domingo  en el coliseo Antonio Roldán Betancur de Apartadó, donde el marcador se quedó corto.  Varias llegadas arco contrario, y entre esas oportunidades marcaron para el sexto título; Andrés Murillo, Dani García, Diego Abril y Camilo Gómez.

 

De otro lado, en el partido por el tercer lugar, el triunfo fue para el equipo Flores Frescas de Pereira que venció 4 tantos por 1 a la selección de Antioquia. Anotaron por el conjunto risaraldense Jeison Campuzano, Cristian Trujillo, Kevin Pineda y Ronald Arenas. Descontó por los antioqueños Santiago Hoyos.

COLOMBIA FUTSAL 2016: HUILA CAMPEÓN DEL ZONAL MIL CIUDADES. COLOMBIA DISPUTARÁ LA FINAL DE LA LIBERTADORES

·      Pitalito vibró con la fiesta del Microfútbol.

·      La Selección Colombia jugará su sexta final de la Copa Libertadores que ha ganado en cinco ocasiones.

 

Abril 9 de 2016._  Cierre espectacular tuvo el Zonal Centro del Mil Ciudades de Microfútbol en Pitalito que ganó en la definición por penales Huila. Mientras que en Apartadó, la selección Colombia no tuvo problemas para clasificar por sexta ocasión a la final de la Copa Libertadores, evento que en su duodécima versión se realiza en homenaje al campeón mundial de Bielorrusia 2015.

 

Una gran fiesta se vivió en el coliseo municipal de Pitalito. Graderias abarrotadas para disfrutar del espectáculo del microfútbol con dos  protagonistas de la propia tierra huilense: Faraones y Huila(Celuaccesorios JyD).  Partido de ida y vuelta que terminó en su tiempo reglamentario con igualdad a 3 goles, lo que obligó a la definición por penales. En esta instancia la fortuna fue para Huila(Celuaccesorios JyD) que ganó 5 por 4 y se proclamó campeón del torneo clasificatorio Zona Centro del Mil Ciudades de Colombia 2015.

 

Huila(Celuaccesorios JyD) y Faraones se suman a Caldas y Buga en la lista de clasificados a la fase final del Mil Ciudades, que ahora esperará los nombres de los dos equipos que saldrán del Zonal de Oriente que se disputará proximamente.

 

 

Colombia vs Bello una gran final en Apartadó

 

Finalmente, los favoritos disputarán la gran final de la XII Copa Libertadores en Apartadó; S. Colombia y Bello. En el clásico antioqueño, Bello superó sin mayores problemas a la selección Antioquia 3 por 0 con goles  Steven Velásquez, marcó en 2 ocasiones, y Wilmar Meneses.

 

En el partido de fondo, segunda semifinal, la selección Colombia, ratificando una vez más su categoría y haciendo gala de su prestigio de campeón mundial, superó 3 tantos por 0 al equipo profesional Flores Frescas de Risaralda, con tantos de Diego Abril, Felipe Echavarría, y autogol de Deivi Muriel.

 

La selección Colombia logra clasificar así a su sexta final en las doce ediciones de la Copa Libertadores. Este domingo a partir de las 7pm los dirigidos por Jaime Cuervo buscarán ante Bello su sexto título.

Abril 8 de 2016._  La Selección Colombia encabeza los clasificados a los cuartos de final de la Copa Libertadores de Microfútbol en el Urabá antioqueño. El campeón mundial avanzó invicto y es el gran favorito al título. Junto al seleccionado patrio clasificaron Bello, Turbo, Antioquia, Carepa, Chigorodó, Flores Frescas y Chocó.

 

En la última fecha de la primera ronda, el equipo nacional dirigido por el técnico Jaime Cuervo venció 3 tantos por 1 a Valle-Palmira. John Jairo Pinilla, Jaime Cuervo y Felipe Echevarria marcaron los tantos por Colombia.

 

En los otros partidos de la jornada nocturna en el eje bananero, la selección Antioquia le ganó 4 por 3 a Carepa, Flores Frescas de Pereira venció 4-1 a Apartadó, mientras que Bello, otro de los favoritos al título, deerotó 5 por 2 a Córdoba. Finalmente en su cancha, Chicogorodó igualó 1-1 con la selección Chocó.

 

Este viernes se disputan los cuartos de final con los siguientes encuentros:  en Carepa a las 7:30 pm Belló ante Turbo, después, 8:30 pm, Carepa enfrentará al campeón del mundo, Colombia, la homenajeada con el torneo por el título orbital en Bielorrusia.

Por su parte, en Chigorodó jugarán a las 7:30 pm las selecciones de Antioquia y Chocó. A las 8:30pm el anfitrión, Chigorodó, disputará cupo a semifinales ante Flores Frescas de Pereira.

SOUTH AMERICA FUTSAL 2016: COLOMBIA CON PUNTAJE PERFECTO EN LA COPA LIBERTADORES

 

 

Abril 7 de 2016._ La selección Colombia de Microfútbol masculina, campeona mundial en Bielorrusia 2015, siguió su senda victoriosa en la Copa Libertadores, al derrotar en su segundo partido 4 goles por 0 a la selección de Antioquia en Apartadó. Tras el campeón del mundo, le siguie en rendiemineto el quinteto de Bello.

 

Con una muy buena prensencia de aficionados en el Coliseo Antonio Roldán de Apartadó, en el juego de fondo la selección nacional encabezada por John Jairo pinilla, enfrentó en la segunda fecha del torneo a un equipo antioqueño que no pudo franquear la valla del campeón mundial que dirigie el profesor Jaime Cuervo.  Los muchachos depués del certamen órbital del año anterior, se volvieron a reunir para participar del torneo y homenaje a la vez en el eje bananero. Y sus presentaciones siguen con la misma calidad del mundial. Ante el marco de Antioquia anotaron Echeverria, Castillo y Murillo. Con el resultado La selección registra en el grupo B dos triunfos en igual número de presentaciones para 4 puntos, puntaje perfecto en la Copa Libertadores.

 

De ortro lado, en Carepa, a primera hora la selección Chocó, en un disputado juego, derrotó 2 por 1 al presentativo de Códoba. Mientras que el partido de cierre en el Coliseo Municipal lo protagonizó la selección de

Carepa que consiguió su primera victoria al vencer 4 tantos por 3 al equipo Palmira FS.

 

Finalmente en Chigorodó, en el coliseo Municipal, el conjunto local cayó 1 a 2 frente a otro de los invictos de la Copa, la selección de Bello, que también tiene puntaje perfecto.

 

Tras dos jornadas las posiciones de la Copa Libertadores de Microfútbol en el Urabá antioqueño, homenaje a la Selección Colombia campeona del mundo en Bielorrusia, están de la siguinte manera:

FUTSAL COLOMBIA 2016: PITALITO, BOGOTÁ Y BOYACÁ LIDERAN EL ZONAL MIL CIUDADES DE COLOMBIA

 

 

Abril 7 de 2016._  Tras dos jornadas, los equipos de Faraones Pitaliano, Bogotá y Boyacá, están liderando el campeonato clasificatorio de Microfútbol Zona Centro Mil Ciudades de Colombia 2015, que se juega en el municipio huilense de Pitalito. En la segunda fecha se marcaron 30 goles.

 

Por el grupo A el quinteto de Huila (Celuaccesorios JyD) venció 3 goles por 0 a su similar de Casanare. Por la misma zona, Farones Pitalito se hizó a su primera victoria 5 a 1 sobre Tolima, y así por diferencia de gol comandar el grupo.

 

Mientras que en el grupo B la jornada arrancó con goleada, Bogotá (Combo del Tio Luka) apabulló 6 tantos por 0 a Arauca-Saravena. Los capitalinos sumaron su segundo triunfo, y los araucanos siguen sin conocer las mieles del triunfo.

 

Por su parte, el Grupo C registró un emotivo y disputado partido entre Cundinamarca-Anapoima y Boyacá (Borbur). Los cundinamarqueses al final se impusieron 5 a 4 ante los boyancenses. A pesar de la derrota el equipo de Boyacá esta primero en la zona por diferencia de gol.

La tercera fecha del torneo se disputa este jueves 7 de abril con los siguientes juegos:   5:00pm S.Pitalito vs. Cundinamarca. 6:00pm Caquetá vs. Boyacá. 7:00pm Arauca vs. Bogotá. 8:00pm Tolima vs. Huila, y a las 9:00pm Casanare ante Faraones Pitalito.

El campeonato otorga dos cupos a la fase final del Mil Ciudades de Colombia 2015, que esta por definir las fechas y sede para la disputa del título.
